AI Fire invests in Colorado with the acquisition of Metro State Fire
September 8, 2017On September 8th AI Fire acquired Metro State Fire in Denver, Colorado – its second acquisition of 2017. Metro State Fire is a leading full-service, self-perform fire and life safety service provider having been founded by Kip Henthorn in 2003. Headquartered in Denver, CO, Metro State Fire primarily services fire alarm and sprinkler systems for customers across various end markets. Buck Taylor, AI Fire’s SVP of District Operations noted, “having spoken with several of Metro’s customers personally, it’s been amazing to hear how well respected and valued Metro is in the marketplace. We are thrilled to be growing our self-perform operations in Colorado.”
Over the course of the next several months, Metro State Fire will work together with both Impact Fire and its sister company, Academy Fire to share best practices and grow the Colorado footprint.
