Impact Fire, A Division Of AI Fire, Acquires H&H Systems As It’s First Pennsylvania Location

Through its operating company, Impact Fire, AI Fire is pleased to announce its acquisition of H&H Systems in Pottstown, Pennsylvania. H&H Systems has been a leading provider in fire sprinkler, fire alarm, fire suppression, business security systems, and fire extinguisher work for over 34 years throughout Eastern Pennsylvania.

The team is excited to join Impact Fire’s Northeast region. Rob Hicks, H&H’s founder, will continue to oversee the district operations, partnering with the existing leadership of John Theriault, our Regional Vice President based in Impact’s Hudson, NH office, which brings over 30 years of industry experience. The H&H team brings deep expertise in various industries with installation, inspections, and repair services for fire and security systems.
