[Press Release] Impact Fire, A Division of AI Fire, Acquires Gainesville Fire Protection to Expand into Georgia

Through its operating company, Impact Fire, AI Fire is pleased to announce its acquisition of Gainesville Fire Protection (GFP). Through the acquisition, Impact Fire is excited to expand into Georgia and partner with Mark and Donna Montgomery.

GFP has been a leading fire and life safety service provider in Georgia for over 20 years. The company specializes in providing fire sprinkler design, installation, inspection, repair, and maintenance for commercial and industrial properties. GFP has developed long-time customer relationships who will now have access to Impact Fire’s complete fire protection capabilities.

Through this acquisition and the recent acquisition of Blackstone Fire Control, FESS Fire Protection, Harvey & Associates, and Alliance Fire, Impact Fire has established a robust presence in the Southeast markets, servicing North and South Carolina, Virginia, Georgia, Tennessee, Alabama, and Florida.

Impact Fire will leverage the strong talent brought on through these partnerships and is excited to expand our regional service offerings further.
