AI Fire expands its presence in Colorado acquiring Fire Protection Concepts
September 28, 2018AI Fire is thrilled to announce its acquisition of Fire Protection Concepts, Inc. (FPCI) under its self-perform operation, Impact Fire. Based outside Denver Colorado, FPCI was founded by Mark and Jacqueline Neal. Mark Neal is a recognized leader in the fire and life safety industry, particularly in the field of Special Hazards. Over the past decade, FPCI has developed a loyal customer base, offering its expertise in these areas as well as providing Fire Alarm installation and servicing. Today, FPCI services both the Colorado and Wyoming markets.
Having acquired Metro State Fire last year, Impact Fire is excited to grow its self-perform presence in the Colorado market and expand our service offering into Fire Suppression and Clean Agent. Mark will be a key member of the Denver leadership team, lending his expertise in Special Hazards. Mark noted, “combining FPCI and Impact Fire Denver allows us to better serve both our customers through a larger team of fire protection professionals and an expanded service line.” The combined team is already working together to service its collective customer base.
